The Between Friends Inclusion Training for our childcare staff has helped create an environment that is supportive and accommodating to all children and their families, regardless of their diverse backgrounds, abilities, or needs. It has helped our staff understand and appreciate the diversity of the children they care for, promote equitable treatment and foster an atmosphere where every child feels valued and respected.

 

Between Friends has been an integral partner in our continued efforts to offer inclusive and accessible programming at StoryBook Theatre. The kind, knowledgeable, and friendly staff at Between Friends provide helpful ongoing support and working with them has been an incredibly positive experience. The thoughtful feedback that we received from the Inclusion and Accessibility Assessment that they performed for us - offered as a component of our partnership and completed at no cost to our organization - was insightful, practical, and presented in a way that made their recommendations easily implementable.
